About Us

ASL Group operates a large fleet of 40+ aircraft, offering premium air charter solutions to clients worldwide. As part of our growing team, you'll play a key role in driving charter sales and expanding our client network.

 

Your Role

As a Sales Executive (Air Charter Broker), you will:

 

• Focus on charter sales and client acquisition

• Utilize Avinode and other sales platforms to generate business

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Develop customized charter solutions to meet client needs

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations

 

Who You Are

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a charter broker in business aviation

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using selling platforms like Avinode

• Sales-Driven: Proven track record in charter sales and client management

• Language: Must be fluent in English; Dutch-speaking candidates preferred

• Location: On-site candidates preferred in the Netherlands or Belgium but will consider experienced remote/hybrid candidates
