In this role, you will drive charter sales, develop strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, and work closely with the existing Sales Director. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional service.

• Drive charter sales across managed and third-party aircraft, consistently meeting sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand charter market presence.

• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract demand.

• Represent the company with professionalism and align with the values of the luxury aviation sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in charter sales (brokering or operational background preferred).

• In-depth knowledge of charter pricing and market trends.

• Strong English language proficiency.

• Experience in luxury markets, with a professional demeanor aligned to high-end clients.

• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
